 I blinked rapidly as my vision returned from my state of near blindness. The ringing in my ears had begun to clear up but now was filled with the stain of yells, some some scared, and the constant mind-numbing sound of a firefight. Then more yelling rang through my ears. This time directed to me."DAVIS! DAVIS! Get up! We need you on the battlefield! We almost grabbed their first haul; all we need are a few more men for the last push!" Then It all rushed back into my mind. We were taking back our gold from those Russian bastards. The guys who had wasted so many of our country's men. Apparently, before the flash bang hit and my blackout, we ha
